Service policy
UShop4free is a free shopping service that helps people find what they want at prices they want to pay. The product search is always free. There is no credit card necessary for the product search. You pay only for the item after we find it, plus a 3% finder's fee for an item over $100.00 and 5% for an item under $100.00, hard to find, or rare. We will provide you a full product description of your item before you make shipping and payment arrangements with us. We cannot guarantee that you will make your purchase at your price. Prices on many items are subject to frequent changes, so the price at the time of our search may not be the same price next month. Please make your request only when you are ready to purchase. Once we secure the item that meets all your reqirements you must make payment and shipping arrangements within 72 hours of notfication. Otherwise, you will not be able to use our service for free again. You will have to pay a $3.00 fee for another product search plus the 3% to 5% finder's fee will not be waived durring any introductory offer or promotion we might have in the future.

We recognize that your privacy and security are of the utmost importance, and we have devoted a great deal of effort to ensure that your personal information is safeguarded. Your transactions are not only supported by industry-standard data encryption, but also protected by USop4Free's Shopping Guarantee.
Data encryption. If you are using a security-enabled browser (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer version 2.1 or greater, or Netscape Navigator version 2.0 or greater), the information you send us regarding your purchase is encrypted, making it extremely difficult to read even if it is wrongly intercepted.
UShop4Free values our relationship with you and offers a return policy for most products that you purchase directly from UShop4Free. Under this policy, you may return to UShop4Free, within the applicable return policy period, products that you purchased directly from UShop4Free. Upon receipt of the complete returned purchase, UShop4Free will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees.
Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a UShop4Free error, a restocking fee of 15% may be charged.
UShop4Free will not disclose your personal information to any outside organization for its use in marketing without your consent.
Information regarding you (such as name, address and phone number) or your order and the products you purchase will not be given or sold to any outside organization for its use in marketing or solicitation without your consent. Your information may be shared with agents or contractors of UShop4Free for the purpose of performing services for USop4Free.

Children's privacy
UShop4Free adheres to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and the Federal Trade Commission’s regulations implementing this Act. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under thirteen years of age. If a child under the age of 13 sends an email to the UShop4Free, we will respond to that email but we will not create a profile or otherwise retain any personal information about the writer. It is possible that, despite our best efforts, we may receive information given to us by children under the age of 13. If this occurs, we will immediately destroy any personally identifiable information we have stored.
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act stipulates that Web site operators cannot knowingly collect information from children under age 13 without verifiable parental permission. By using UShop4Free online service, you indicate your consent to and acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you should terminate your use of the UShop4Free online service immediately. The UShop4Free online service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. By using any Online Service web site, you represent that you are age 13 or over.
This Agreement describes the legal relationship between you (referred to in this Agreement as "you" or "user") and UShop4Free relating to your use of any UShop4Free online service web site and to any content that you post, upload, or submit to the UShop4Free online service.
